Stopped at MASH Steakhouse at Copenhagen Airport after my flight from Treviso, Italy. I was looking for a proper place to sit down and eat before heading onward, and MASH delivered a good experience. I had originally planned to try the steak, but having already had one earlier in the day, I decided to go for the cheese plate instead. The cheese selection was well presented and balanced—good variety, fresh accompaniments, and definitely not a throwaway item. It was more thoughtful than expected for an airport menu. The setting also helped—calm, clean, and clearly designed to offer a proper dining break rather than a rushed airport bite. Service was professional and efficient. The staff seated me quickly, checked in at the right moments, and kept everything moving smoothly without being pushy. They handled the busy airport flow while still delivering the kind of service you would expect in a city restaurant. Pricing is what you would expect for a premium brand inside the airport—on the higher side, but justifiable given the food quality, service, and setting. Next time, I will definitely go back to try the steak properly. A good stop if you want a proper meal and a bit of calm after landing. Solid 4-star experience.

The meat was surprisingly good quality and cooked to perfection. The side dishes—especially the spinach—were also very tasty. I've rarely had such good food at an airport!

I travel a lot around the world, and today, after two long and exhausting days on the road, I found myself in your restaurant during a layover in Copenhagen. I was returning from surgery and really needed a peaceful moment and a good meal. Although part of the restaurant was closed, your incredible waiter Anton went above and beyond—he opened a quiet section just for me so I could sit alone and unwind. That kind of empathy and professionalism is rare to find. Anton is truly a master of his craft, and I sincerely hope you value team members like him. The food was excellent, no doubt, but today it was Anton who made the experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be back—not only for the great food but because of the genuine care and hospitality I received. Bravo to your team. See you again soon!
