Really impressive building and collection. Could keep walking around and finding new rooms with exhibits. From toy models of cars to huge engines. From fashion clothes and bags to beautiful old cars. Huge range of exhibits. Will definitely come back.

An absolute must-see in Skagen! We were truly impressed. The huge collection of classic cars, motorcycles, engines, and countless other exhibits is presented with great attention to detail – there's something for everyone to discover, even if you're not a big tech enthusiast. The modern, stylish building is beautifully designed. Plus, there are great cafes and restaurants. We could easily have spent much longer there. Highly recommended!

The Engine Room is an experience that is difficult to describe in a few words – it simply has to be experienced. The enormous 10,000 m² is filled with history, technology and nostalgia, and whether you are a motor enthusiast or just curious, there is something to immerse yourself in. The collection is impressive. Here you can experience huge industrial engines and ship engines, which really give an insight into Danish industrial and maritime history. In addition, there are a wealth of classic cars from the early days of the car around the end of the 19th century and well into the 20th century. Motorcycles, mopeds and other motorized two-wheelers stand side by side with beautifully restored vehicles, and you can easily spend a long time studying the many details. But the Engine Room is much more than engines. All around you will find large collections of model cars, model ships, radios, tools and many other exciting effects. A surprise for us were the beautiful exhibitions of designer bags, clothes and fashion, which give the museum an extra dimension and ensure that there is truly something for everyone to experience. On the 3rd floor, the experience continues with even more exciting exhibitions, and along the way there is the opportunity to take a well-deserved break in the café, where you can have a bite to eat or drink before continuing the tour. Something we particularly appreciated was the flexibility. If you need a break from the many impressions, you are free to leave the Machine Room, take a walk up into Skagen town and return later the same day. This makes the visit very relaxed and gives you the opportunity to experience it all at your own pace. The Machine Room is a place where you constantly discover something new. Every time you think you have seen it all, another exciting exhibition or rare object appears. It is clear that there is an enormous amount of work and great passion behind the collection. A visit is highly recommended for families, motor enthusiasts and anyone who loves history and good craftsmanship. We spent several hours in there and could easily have spent even longer. The engine room is without a doubt one of the most exciting places to visit in Skagen, and a place we would love to return to.

Quite good. However, the background music in some places (fashion & luggage department) is so loud that it ruins the experience. The sandwiches in the galley were reasonably priced. Would love to come again.

This is a place for everyone, especially for automotive and technology enthusiasts, I highly recommend it.
