Mastro Gentofte

We just finished dinner at Mastro, overall a very good experience. All the dishes tasted well, and as one of my dishes I had the daily special which was a beautiful tagliata (ribeye cooked Italian style) in a very generous size for the price. Service was nice and friendly (although the two young Italian boys at times were confused). Only negative was the tables which were a bit close together (and the chairs weren't great for my back).

Very good authentic Italian food. Wonderfully friendly service. Portion sizes are also good. At the average Italian restaurant, the primi can often be just a bit too big, but not here. However, the primi is intended as a main course.
