McDonald's Rudersdal

My child was at McDonald’s Birkerød to buy takeaway food and drinks. Shortly after leaving the restaurant, he unfortunately spilled everything and was very upset. He went back to ask for help and the staff without hesitation made him a new menu and new drinks. As a parent, I was truly touched by the understanding, kindness and care they showed him. It was much more than just good customer service — they welcomed a sad little boy with warmth and helpfulness, and it really meant a lot to him. Thank you so much to the amazing team at McDonald’s Birkerød.

Neat and clean. The food was on the table quickly and tasted good.

A great option for a quick bite. The staff is very friendly and quick. The restrooms are clean, the dining room is clean, and there's parking. There's a gas station nearby, making it doubly convenient for those traveling.
