Great place. I like how upstairs I can see the staff make the burgers.

Service was good, food was freshly cooked. However toilet could have used a clean overall average experience.

They were blasting Kanye and I loved it, good quality for McDonald's. Good bathrooms to take of business.

This place is newer and you can see that it is more specially decorated. There are two floors, the living room and the 1st floor. If you order take away, you order downstairs in the living room. On the 1st floor there are many seats and where there is also an order counter. It's a different Mc D. Interior is different. Tried to make it cozy and you also have a view of the Town Hall Square, which is a big plus. The food is Mc D standard, but good. We were there at 12:30 and experienced a really high level of service. Employees on the floor and the tables were cleaned continuously. Smiling employees. I would say that this Mc Donalds impresses and is worthy of its location in the heart of Copenhagen. Thanks for food.

Quite mixed feelings. Food quality is fine. Clean place. Very good location. Especially nice to see the traffic and living city while you are having a meal. Staff is helpful and friendly. BUT one negative thing, MUSIC. I don't mind youngsters are working there and having fun if they do their job, but playing very loud, 18+ rap music is a very bad idea. This place is full of kids. I'm pretty sure not all the staff enjoys this, just somebody who has a higher role. Very unprofessional, very immature attitude!

Той дивний випадок, коли сходити в МакДональдс буде дешевше, ніж в звичайне кафе. Причому суттєво так, в декілька разів. Людей майже немає - давно не почувався так чудово в закладі швидкого харчування 😅

just got a morning takeaway coffee, but the guy was very nice, all smiling and helpful :)

Åben og lys, hyggeligt at man kan sidde og spise med udsigt over Rådhuspladsen. De spiller dog rigelig højt musik, lige i overkanten hvis man også har lyst til at snakke sammen.
