McDonald's Hillerød

Pulled up to this McDonald’s with my dog Nugget and the guy in the drive-thru goes, “oh sh*t that’s a cute dog, what’s his name?” I say, “Nugget.” He asks if Nugget wants a treat. I say yeah, assuming it’ll be a dog bone or something like Starbucks does with pup cups. This guy disappears for a second, comes back, and hands me a full bag of chicken nuggets. Not one. A bag. My dog was happier than I’ve ever seen him in his life. I thanked the kid and he goes, “no sweat, it’s my last day. I’m giving out free sh*t like crazy. You want a hat or something?” Absolute legend. Nugget rates this place 5 stars

We had a really great experience at this McDonald’s! ❤️ The restaurant was clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Our order was prepared quickly, everything was correct, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We were especially happy with how smooth and efficient the service was. It’s always nice to visit a place where you can see that the team genuinely cares about good service and customer satisfaction. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive experience! We will definitely be happy to come back again. 🍟🍔❤️

A bit dirty and shabby.but there were also a lot of people

Popped into McDonald's in Hillerød after a long day, mostly because I wanted something quick and easy. I ordered at the screen and almost managed to find a table before the food was ready. My burger was hot and the fries were still crispy, which I always hope for. There were a few families when I was there so the noise level was a bit loud, but it didn't bother me that much. The employees seemed nice and had it under control despite the busyness. A really nice trip this time.

Good, attentive, and fast service. Everything was very clean.

Really good play area for kids. Friendly staff.

The children's area, which is separate from the rest of the restaurant, seems a bit compact. The "play stand" itself doesn't seem particularly well maintained.
