McDonald's København

Ordering is done on the kiosks with English as an option. My food was made correctly and was quick. The upstairs has lots of seating available. Only downside is the homeless sitting around upstairs going through the trash.

As far as McDonald’s goes this one is not great. Usually really overcrowded, long wait times and not very friendly staff. Knowing how it works behind the counter as a former McDonald’s worker they definitely punch out your order before it’s ready. This leads to further confusion among the large crowd about when to collect their order.

The food is excellent, but it seems like there is no order in the kitchen. It is difficult to follow your order on the screen, as it does not match the order numbers they shout out.

The fries are stale. There are basically no outlets, so forget about charging your phone. It is super hot in the summertime.

Stopped for a cappuccino. Really great. The adult one is small. Reasonable. And pink donuts. Delicious.

Food as expected, but now stop the filthy toilet. I really think it's too much that you, as a paying guest, are offered such crap. - Those kind of steel toilets without a seat so when you sit down you get water and other people's pee on your thighs. Seriously, have some consideration for women and others they sit down when they pee - Dirt all over especially on the floors. - No toilet paper - No soap to wash your hands 🤮 yum yum how delicious to have to eat food afterwards

Clean and organized. Clean bathrooms.

Good food at good prices , there are toilets upstairs with access code.

The preparation is drawn out, otherwise McDonald's food is almost the same everywhere. The coffee is delicious.

One of the busiest McDonald's in Denmark and open around the clock. Although there is a lot of turnover among the employees, you never wait very long here because the efficient self-service machines. The food is mostly freshly prepared and hot.
