McDonald's Silkeborg

Fairly standard McD but the play area is one of the big ones so the kids are really happy

I've eaten there several times before, but lately it seems like the frying oil hasn't been changed. The fries have this aftertaste of old oil that's really disgusting. But the burgers are still just as they should be and the service is sweet and polite.

I've had a review before, but I think McD in Silkeborg deserves an update. To start with, I'd like to say that there are some glitches. Here I can mention too little ice cream in flurry, missing burgers in drive-in orders (happens more often than I think is cool) and a few times it happens that you have to wait 15-20 minutes for your food. But if you ignore that, I actually think McD Silkeborg does it really well. What is served over the counter is neither cold burgers nor soggy fries. The staff is extremely nice and sweet. The service is top notch, and if something is not right, they are immediately helpful in solving the problems. They care about customers being happy and satisfied. Despite the fact that McD changed a lot of things, such as ordering screens (impersonal service) and no refills, I still think it's nice to come to McD in Silkeborg.💪😎👌

Not a gourmet experience, quite the opposite. But easy, fast and cheap

Even though it was very busy and there was a long line, it went very quickly and the quality of the food we got was top notch. Huge praise.
