Amazing cozy place with delicious food and super welcoming service. The place has a tasty and welcoming design, climatic music. It’s definitely considered a must visit in Aarhus. If is was very hungry, I’d go for their tasting menu. This time is just wanted to have a taste of their signature half of lobster with home made fries. It was delicious. I also had a soft serve ice cream for dessert - yummy. Will revisit for sure 💚

Had brunch with everything. Lovely food, and a slightly unconventional brunch, which was perfect.
Great with a slightly different experience in a cool way.
Always worth a visit both for brunch but definitely also for lunch and dinner.

Got open sandwiches. The menu said they were huge. That's not true. We could easily eat 2 each. They recommend 1. But it tasted incredibly good, and the staff is friendly.

Fantastic restaurant, staff, atmosphere and of course food.
Lovely reception, you feel really welcome.
Staff takes their time with you.
Everything is served with a smile.
The food was really well prepared and tasted great.
All in all a lovely evening.
If we come to that area again, we will definitely visit Mefisto.

We were there for lunch on the first Saturday of the autumn break. The restaurant was full. The service was really good and attentive. We chose to eat open sandwiches. A plate with three smaller pieces (eggs and shrimp, deep-fried plaice and chicken salad) and two large ones (Thysild and lobster salad). It was beautiful, well-prepared and tasty. The only small minus was the jug of water, they had seen better days.

God men forudsigelig mad til høj pris. Små portioner. En lille suppe til 158 kr, et absolut overskueligt styk pighvar til 400 kr., en hel rødspætte til 338,-
Betjeningen er sød men uprofessionel. Man venter for længe, de kommer ikke og spørger om man vil have mere vand, en dessert eller andet.
Man skal selv tage initiativ.
Det er skuffende i forhold til det prisniveau.
