Menstrup Kro Næstved

Menstrup Kro is a classic Danish concept. That's what it is and at a good price. With plenty of space for parties, celebrations with overnight stays. From the road it doesn't look like much, but then you drive towards the parking lot and see the many shoots of the hotel unfolding. There really is a lot to hold and things are not quite clear. But the basic goods are, unfortunately, quite okay despite that.

Nice place for the price. We got an unimaginative room, but good beds. We only had to sleep there for one night and together with many service employees we had a reasonable dinner and a revue on the stage. Nice and helpful employees made sure that everything "played"

On Thursday we went on a trip to South Zealand to see Holsteinborg Gods, and on our way back to Copenhagen, we drove past Menstrup Kro. We were hungry and decided to drive into the inn and have a late lunch. Since we had previously talked about trying the food here, we did it now. We were the only guests in the restaurant. Despite this, we were greeted by a sweet smiling female waiter who found us a table. We ordered some open sandwiches and drinks. There was no particularly long wait. We were surprised by how beautiful and large the 3 unspecified pieces of open sandwiches were. All the food tasted fantastic, and was not very expensive. Well-fed, we drove on to Copenhagen, and agreed that it would not be the last time we had eaten there. Thank you.

Recommended if you want to see the revue

Fantastic evening with Revy I had the most wonderful experience at Menstrup Kro og Revy. The 2025 revue is funny and entertaining from start to finish and at the same time gives food for thought. If you want to experience sharp, apt texts and new revue forces on stage, then buy a ticket, it's the best revue of the year. The six on stage deliver the goods to the fullest: Anne Harin Lisbeth Hjcrulff Tina Mundt Nedergaard Jesper Søgaard Peter Andersen Jens Hauvgard Jepsen They can entertain, they can perform, and they do it with timing and an energy that both seduces and makes the audience laugh The food and service at the inn are top-notch. The entire team from the kitchen and serving to the revue team deserve high praise. If I could give them six stars, they would get them. The Inn itself is not modernized, there is of course a lot of wear and tear and the rooms are in an older style, so all things considered that Menstrup Inn is a three-star Inn, I am completely satisfied with my stay We will definitely see you again next year ❤️

Good tableware, lovely lunch, friendly staff and the inn is the place where the Gader Hussars met in the old days.

Enkelt hotell med rum och badrum som skulle behöva en uppfräschning. Fläckar i badrummet och trasiga tapeter drar ner omdömet rejält tyvärr . Vi har bott här flera gånger genom åren men ser att det gått ner sig. Hade efter nästan 80 mil i bil sett fram emot en god middag, men matsalen var ”full”. (Vi såg massor av lediga bord dock) . Fick trots allt mat som vi fick bära själva till vårt rum. Maten var ok! Frukosten var ok, gott bröd, frukt, ost mm
