A true culinary ecstasy! Probably THE BEST veggie tacos in Copenhagen, (and trust me I’ve tried my fair share of vegetarian tacos). Cozy outdoor spot, especially during summer. One important concern (especially reading the reviews and seeing that it’s a pattern) is that the staff isn’t paying enough attention to dietary requirements. First time at Mexihagen I ordered veggie tacos, just to realise, after biting into it, that it was in fact with meat. After double checking with the staff I was met with a “we can make a more vegetarian one”, which simply didn’t make sense. After all, they quickly made me a new correct order, but never apologised. If this was concerning an allergy, it could have ended a lot worse. I now go there almost weekly, since those veggie tacos are after all a true gastronomic bliss, and this issue has not occurred since. So in the end, definitely recommend!

I had the vegetarian burrito and it was mind blowing. So filling yet felt super healthy. A perfect mix of everything. My partner had beef tacos and it exceeded our expectations. We weren't familiar with Mexican food before but this is absolutely a top recommendation. The lady in charge of the truck prepping the food for us was super sweet too!

Jeg elsker at komme i mexihagen v/Nørrebro station. Det er så lækkert Det mad de sælger og hygiejne er i top det et er friskt og de har gummihandsker på,så det er i top klasse. I alle kategorier,kig forbi hvis i er sulten og vil have lækkert mad.
