Meyers Deli Frederiksberg

Bought a delicious bun to take home. I had a bucket with me and was given sourdough for free in the bucket. So now I can skip a whole week of starting and feeding a sourdough. Looking forward to baking with the sourdough.

Meyer's original first and very popular café, in the middle of Gl. Kongevej, which has changed style several times over the years. Here, girlfriends meet for a 2-hour chat & latte, stroller people park their sleds outside(!), boyfriends and older people for a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll. The place is not big and resembles a confused cafeteria where people are constantly coming in and out. The service is help-yourself, including clearing the table from the hipsters and nerds who are above that kind of thing. The prices are on the contrary on the high end, for the organic opinion-forming food that is forced on you. Cozy, but Meyer's brand has eroded and it has been much better.

After having breakfast in a nearby bakery, we took the opportunity to taste our first “kardamom snurre” at Meyers Deli

Meyers Deli is a fantastic spot for breakfast in Copenhagen. We tried the Flæskestegssandwich, with tender pulled pork, red cabbage, apple, and mustard mayo—it was delicious! We also had the Morgentallerken, a traditional Danish breakfast plate with sourdough bread, rye bread, cheese, butter, and jam. Everything was fresh and flavorful, including the coffee and matcha. The attention to quality and detail makes Meyers Deli a great choice for a cozy breakfast.

We had a light breakfast here and all we eat was fine and good quality.

Oh my god, the warm canals are amazing!!!! Toooooo cool!!! You have to go to experience it!!!

Delicious BMO🧀 with a good strong cheese, as well as a good solid Cortado☕️.

Coffee was great and large, cinnamon roll very good but too much butter for my taste

Mainly use the bakers which is excellent. The cakes and pastries are amazing. Great for breakfast too. Try it, you will love it.
