M.G. Petersens Familiehave Frederiksberg

As someone from Fyn with Greek heritage, I often visits Copenhagen, and I really appreciate how Danish culture is being preserved, especially when it comes to food and atmosphere, which is becoming more rare. We had a wonderful evening at M.G. Petersens Familiehave on a summer day in August during the Fede Finn and Funny Boys' event. The place has a charming, old Danish atmosphere that have really been maintained throughout the years. The food was classic Danish and very delicious, which made my wife extra happy. She enjoyed both the meal and the cozy atmosphere. The music lifted the mood, and we found ourselves singing along to several of the songs. It was a delightful evening, one we will definitely repeat!

Come here a lot, here is always great service and lovely food, not to forget great music. Thank you for another wonderful summer.

Cozy place and the food is like many other places, it seems like buying food that has been spiced up with various decorations and touched up with, but DKK 100 too expensive

True to tradition, we were in to hear the Rubber Band on 3 August 2024. We all around the table think that the food has become better (although also more expensive), that the service is more attentive - and the atmosphere is absolutely formidable as always, not least with the lovely Beatles songs, which the band deliver so beautifully. It is such a wonderful time slot to step into M.G. Petersen's Familiehave, because here there is plenty of nostalgia, happy and dancing people and busy, but smiling and helpful waiters. The next day we sent a music question - we got two very good and detailed answers by email shortly after, so the administration also works perfectly.
