Como alguien de Fyn con herencia griega, a menudo visito Copenhague, y realmente aprecio cómo se está preservando la cultura danesa, especialmente cuando se trata de comida y atmósfera, que se está volviendo más rara. Tuvimos una noche maravillosa en M. G. Petersens Familiehave en un día de verano en agosto durante el evento Fede Finn y Funny Boys. El lugar tiene un ambiente danés encantador y antiguo que realmente se han mantenido a lo largo de los años. La comida era danesa clásica y muy deliciosa, lo que hizo a mi esposa más feliz. Ella disfrutó tanto de la comida como del ambiente acogedor. La música levantó los ánimos, y nos encontramos cantando varias de las canciones. Fue una noche encantadora, una que sin duda repetiremos!

Cozy place and the food is like many other places, it seems like buying food that has been spiced up with various decorations and touched up with, but DKK 100 too expensive

True to tradition, we were in to hear the Rubber Band on 3 August 2024. We all around the table think that the food has become better (although also more expensive), that the service is more attentive - and the atmosphere is absolutely formidable as always, not least with the lovely Beatles songs, which the band deliver so beautifully. It is such a wonderful time slot to step into M.G. Petersen's Familiehave, because here there is plenty of nostalgia, happy and dancing people and busy, but smiling and helpful waiters. The next day we sent a music question - we got two very good and detailed answers by email shortly after, so the administration also works perfectly.

Cozy place, nice music and atmosphere. But service and food were below standard. The kitchen couldn't count to 8 - served 7 fish, roast pork and cheese,

20/02/2025: Bought a delicious bun to take home. I had a bucket with me and was given sourdough in the bucket for free. So now I can skip a whole week of starting and feeding a sourdough. Looking forward to baking with the sourdough.
17/02/2025: Meyer's original first, and very popular café, in the middle of Gl. Kongevej, which has changed style several times over the years. Here, girlfriends meet for a 2-hour chat & latte, the pram people park the sled outside(!), girlfriends and older people for a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll. The place is not big and resembles a confused cafeteria where people wander in and out all the time. The service is help-yourself, including clearing the table from the hipsters and truncheons who are above that sort of thing. The prices, on the contrary, are on the high end, for the ecologically meaningful food that is imposed on you. Cozy, but Meyer's brand has been eroded and it has been far better.
