A beautiful spot right beside the Reffen Food Market and right on the edge of the water.
I visit Mikkeller Baghaven every time I'm in Copenhagen.
The beer is great and they have some very interesting brews as this is more of their test facility.
You can also bring food over from the market and enjoy it at Mikkeller Baghaven, inside or outside on the patio.
There's no better place to come and enjoy a beer on a nice day.

Another of the plethora of Mikkeller locations in Copenhagen, this one has the sole redeeming factor that it is right next to a bunch of food stalls.
EDIT:
I'm updating the rating a little, as I realized I was a bit too harsh on some local reviews in Copenhagen, though I am leaving the original review at the top.
While it is true that they are located next to a bunch of food stalls, some of which have really good food, Mikkeller Baghaven does have other things going for it, in the fact that they have a lot of room for large groups, both indoors and outdoors.
The staff was pleasant, no hate towards the staff. They also had a very large selection of beers, all of them are Mikkeller. I tried four different beers while I was there, none of them tasted good to me. They did not have either of the two dark stouts that I found at other Mikkeller locations, and during my visit did not have a single dark beer. As someone who has been drinking Guinness for over 25 years, I prefer darker beers, and my original review was based on the fact that I spent a couple of hours at a party without having anything to drink that I thought tasted good.
I eventually went next door to the food stalls for dinner, and while wandering around I found a place that sold Guinness in a can, so I was able to sit outside and drink a couple cans of that. It started raining at one point, and I did not feel right trying to bring a Guinness into the Mikkeller bar, so I stayed outside and got rained on, but a couple other people stayed out as well, so it wasn't a terrible experience. I will also point out that I was not specifically told I couldn't bring a Guinness into the bar, so I certainly don't hold it against the staff or anything.

A place with somewhat sparse and basic decor that I visited on a pouring rainy day. A great selection of craft beers, including Mikkeller, which I personally preferred. The view of Copenhagen was beautiful despite the rainy day, and the girl at the counter was very friendly, letting me sample some unique beers so I could choose something to suit my tastes. They also sell souvenirs like glasses, T-shirts, socks, and other items, which aren't exactly cheap. I recommend improving the signage, as I struggled to find the entrance when passing through the open-air market. I recommend the outdoor tables for enjoying the beer and the sunset view on a beautiful, rain-free day.

The brewery lacks atmosphere.
However, the beer is quite OK.

Fantastic place to grab a beer! We were helped by a wonderful bartender who showed genuine interest in our travel to Copenhagen. She gave us the best recommendation for a dinner spot to celebrate our honeymoon.
You can get a tasty cold beer in many places in Copenhagen, but it’s rare to have your weekend made by such a friendly face! We will definitely be back when we visit again!

Mikkeller Baghaven – stick to your chair and some of Copenhagen's best beer views
Mikkeller Baghaven has almost the perfect location.
On Refshaleøen, right next to Reffen, with a view of the harbor and plenty of space under the open sky.
It's one of those places where you sit down with a good beer... and suddenly realize that several hours have passed.
Stick to your chair in the best possible sense
Atmosphere & surroundings
The Baghaven is located in an old industrial building, and although the place has changed over the years, it is still unmistakably Mikkeller.
In the past, sour beer was brewed and aged in barrels out here.
A few barrels still remain that remind you of the past, but the place has become a bit more raw and minimalist.
Fortunately, it works.
The beers
One thing you can never take away from Mikkeller:
Their branding is fantastic.
The mascots appear on posters, barrels and details all around, giving the place personality without being too polished.
Inside you will find the bar with 16 taps.
And the best part?
It's not “50 Shades of IPA”.
There is actually a wide selection:
pilsner
saison
sour beer
dark beer
IPA
experimental brews
Something for the whole spectrum of beer nerds.
The atmosphere
When the sun shines, people sit between the industrial buildings with beer in hand, and the harbor air hits the tables…
then you understand why the place has become an institution in Copenhagen.
Overall experience
One of those places where atmosphere, location and beer come together in a higher unity.
Conclusion
If you fancy a good beer in the sun, you hardly need to think any further.

The best sound system ever!
Finest Sound! 🏄🏽♂️
Great craftbeer bar from Mikkeller, near to Reffen Streetfood. It’s allowed to bring food from the streetfood place to Mikkeller Baghaven, so you can get amazing beer with your food. 🙌🍻☀️ They have a nice selection of 16 beers on tap and there is a fridge with even more beers to choose from. They have boardgames and snacks, so what’s not to like! 😅🤘
