Delicious sourdough buns. We wish they were the ones they had served in the restaurants while we were here. We'll have to stay a little closer next time!

Really great bread and pastries, all based on sourdough. You also have the possibility, in addition to freshly baked, to purchase production leftovers that has been frozen, and can last 6+ months, which also tastes amazing! Can really recommend taking a look at the Facebook page 👍

03/08/2023: Apple slices with buckwheat flour are a small stroke of genius, the filling is so delicate, both in the salty and the sweet ones. In combination with the sweet host couple and the location on the pier at Nexø Harbour, Skjiver is a good bet for the best lunch in Nexø.
