Amazing place. One of the most recommended places in Copenhagen, amazing sourdough bread; amazing service! There is a waitress/manager named Carolina with curly hair, charming and very professional. We had a blast!

2 people, we chose the menu. A number of sharing dishes, excellent without being amazing. We should have read the menu better because we were surprised that the main course was a lumpy pommes Anna and cabbage. It tasted fine but to serve it as a main course...... 🤔. Nice service, cozy place. Ok experience but it won't be a return visit.

Really good Italian food, with inspiration from all over the Mediterranean and some cool twists. Very nice and fun service from Lucca. Affordable size of the plates and really good taste!

We don't easily give every place 5 stars, but we say Italian is better than anything in Italy. The pasta we ate was legendary, the bread was delicious, and the olive oil from Sicily was amazing, what more can you say? We recommend putting it at the top of your list.

Really cozy place, kind service and fantastic food. The home made mozzarella has so much texture and taste. Nothing compared what you would buy at the store! The pastas were also really good. Cooked to perfection, simple and balanced taste. Well done guys. Italian approved !

11/10/2025: The food didn't meet expectations for a restaurant supposedly in this league
19/09/2025: Had a mixed experience here at TRIO. The location is excellent with a full view out over the central Copenhagen facing west so make sure to book table and watch the sun set. The dinner was ok, but there were some minor flaws. Like we had to ask the waiters to slow down the serving at one point. Some dishes was truly excellent but some were a bit below expectations compared to what we eventually paid. Not a cheap dinner. But worth a visit. And you can visit the bar without a dinner and still enjoy the vie from then 9th flor.

14/10/2025: It seems to be a lively community center, with people of all ages and backgrounds all over the house. The café is reasonable, although the selection is somewhat limited. When asked how the economy was, the answer was I'm only the cook here, so I don't know. It's nice that you don't want to answer, but honestly, a cook who doesn't know how the economy is... Nice house that seems to be functioning. There are even theater performances in the winter
