We visited the forest mill with our 1 year old son, and it was all in all a great experience. We were greeted by friendly staff and great hospitality in a beautiful setting in the middle of nature. The food was super delicious, although a bit on the high side in terms of price, and not the largest portions.

Hi my family and I had lunch today at Skovmøllen. Delicious and well-prepared food, Sweet and friendly staff. Everything served with a smile. Reasonable price, It is only recommended. Regards Ole

Very charming and cute restaurant that serves high quality dishes - we had the lunch course which was a lovely experience as a group of four. Get lucky with a sunny day and sit outside for some cold beer!

22/02/2026: Was in this concept restaurant for the first time. But it won't be the last time. Everyone is let in at the same time and gets the same menu. You are introduced to each dish when served and you can choose 🍷 from the wine bar. You can also choose beer or water and non-alcoholic. Everything was delicious and I only thought the dessert was boring. Good concept. We will come again.
12/01/2026: High quality and friendly service. Had a lovely birthday dinner with the family. We will be back soon.

05/02/2026: Fantastic for a "Meat lover", buffet with chef serving you a varied selection of dishes from both pork and beef🥩🍖
04/02/2026: Today, it was a bit of a disappointing experience to visit Flammen in Aarhus. The buffet was not served properly. Starter, potatoes including fries, plates of various dressings, ketchup and remoulade bowls were empty. The restaurant was not even half full.
