Clearly one of the best food experiences I've had. 8 beautiful dishes, well-prepared and so clearly made by people who love food and care about quality. No meat at all, but so much else that a meat lover like me didn't miss anything. The last dish that the chef presented as the highlight of the evening, the dessert, was disappointing and far below par. A pear sorbet without much flavor, topped with cocoa powder that gave the feeling of eating Nesquik spoon straight from the bag. Everything else was just SO perfect that it doesn't matter. Definitely worth a visit. PS- try their homemade juice.

A great concept to make top cuisine sustainable. If possible, everything comes from our own cultivation. Imaginative dishes, extremely tasty and healthy. Absolute recommendation.

Jeg er vild med deres vision. Men skuffet over at de har sat kød på menuen. Maden var velsmagende, men ikke distinkt. Meget var pæret sammen. Jeg vil anbefale at komme om foråret hvor de har flere urter. Deres safte var vidunderlige.
