Era il nostro primo giorno a Copenaghen e tra i vari ristorantini del centro ci siamo imbattuti in questo, precedentemente avevo letto buone recensioni su questo locale quindi abbiamo deciso di cenare qua per scaldarci con un buon ramen. L’interno era veramente piccolo, dentro cerano massimo 7 posti a sedere davanti alla cucina a vista e fuori qualche tavolino, fortunatamente appena entrati si sono liberati due posti così abbiamo potuto cenare con calma. Io ho ordinato un ramen con verdure vari e tofu mentre mio fratello quello di carne. Tempo 5 minuti e i camerieri ci hanno servito queste ciotolone piene di brodo fumante e tante verdure colorate, una goduria per gli occhi e il palato. Il ramen era perfetto, il brodo era molto saporito e leggermente piccantino, si sentivano bene le spezie! Mio fratello ha lodato la carne del suo piatto reputandola molto tenera. Prezzo per 2 ramen 36€ e ci sta data la porzione abbondante e il fatto che mangiavamo in una delle città europee più costose. Lo consiglio vivamente!
