Lovely shooting star with 3 plaice fillets, lots of prawns and salmon. I had a lovely platter, really good herring, tartelet, roast beef and fish fillet. And to complete the meal a perfect double espresso, it doesn't get any better.

12/09/2025: Hotel with a great atmosphere. There's an indoor pool. The rooms are okay, and the bathroom is adequate, although the shower curtains are a bit unusual. A kettle with coffee or tea in the room would be nice.
09/09/2025: The area around the hotel is truly beautiful and invites you to long, lovely walks in nature. The location also makes it an ideal place for company events, seminars and courses. The rooms themselves are nice and functional – nothing special, but excellent for the purpose. Where the experience unfortunately fell significantly was in the restaurant. The food did not live up to expectations at all for a hotel that markets itself as a four-star. The selection was extremely limited with only one main course to choose from (in addition to a vegetarian option), which meant that everyone was effectively served the same dish. The main course consisted of three small pieces of pork on top of celery puree, accompanied by good potatoes and a tasty sauce – but the meat was overcooked and dry, which gave the impression that the plates had been prepared in advance. The dish was also not properly warm, which further detracted. The starter and the vegetarian option also did not seem well thought out: a carrot tartare, which in practice did not really bear the hallmark of culinary ambition. On the other hand, the staff deserves praise. The waiters were smiling, attentive and quick, despite a very full restaurant. All in all: A beautiful area, good surroundings and nice rooms – but the restaurant experience in no way lives up to a hotel that wants to call itself four-star.
