Best tonkotsu ramen I've tried in Copenhagen! Update: I've ordered takeout twice recently, and it seems like they've changed the recipe. The soup is thinner and tastes a bit saltier than usual. I've found the quality to fluctuate a bit. Maybe I've just been unlucky.

The food it was so good and the staff are really kind.

Fantastic little place with brilliant food, wish i found it sooner as i am flying back home today! When i come back to Debmark I will be visiting again!!

Honestly the best Ramen I ever had ☺️

Absolutely delicious miso soup. It includes one egg and plenty of noodles 🤤. Showing the empty plate cause there was nothing left. And for the area, quite accessible price, relative to how filling it is (185 dkk including drink). Today the atmosphere was really good cause it was mid full; on busy days the noise is loud! Besides that, excellent 🫡.

The tonkotsu was pretty authentic, the broth was delightful and well balanced. They use pearl onions and garlic chips to give it that umami boost, I found it really refreshing and wished other places would have that too. Service was pretty fast and friendly.

This ramen is delicious. The broth is rich and flavorful, made with a thick tonkotsu base that's incredibly satisfying—I ended up finishing the whole bowl. The toppings are generous and well-balanced, making it highly recommended.

The food is very tasty and served quickly. Vegan options are also available.

I received a very warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere of the place is lovely.
