Great hotel, restaurant and location.

We have just been on a stay at Munkebjerg Hotel again. We are welcomed by Sofie at the reception as if we were VIPs, it is so fantastic. She recognizes us immediately and quickly has our room number ready. The experience in the restaurant is surprising every time, such a delicious menu. Sweet waiters, we feel SO welcome. Looking forward to our next visit.

Super delicious food. Really friendly service. Beautiful location. The downside is that it was advertised as a spa experience. And it certainly wasn't. A pool and 2 hot tubs. Not much of a spa stay

I feel this hotel is more suited for local/business needs/small group meetings. Not super kids friendly but can get by.. unfortunate that the lift was out of order when we were there but does not affect light travllers. Good view at the buffet restaurant. Did not check out the casino
