We celebrated my 30th birthday with family at Brasserie Hugo, and it was a truly wonderful evening. The food was absolutely fantastic and the portions were very generous. I was thrilled to find Vitello Tonnato on the menu - a personal favorite that is hard to come by in Copenhagen - and it did not disappoint. The beef tartare and the crème brûlée were also incredible. Around the table, the lamb and steaks received high praise as well. Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-tier. Our waiters were so warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

It did not look much from outside and appeared completely empty. I went in anyway, and got whisked to the main space. It is under a hotel, so I guess this is the hotel resto. But it is good. The food and service is french which i like. The ambience is quiet but cosy. You can hear yourself speak.
The food was pretty good. And the service was excellent.

Really nice and intimate restaurant with super coziness.
Very friendly staff who are on point and good for a smile.
The food was an exquisite 3 course menu, which was extremely tasty and made with a twist. The wine we chose was tailor-made for the food.
Definitely not the last time we visit Hugo..

Delicious food, very friendly waiters, really good atmosphere.
We had a deal for 279 kr. for three courses - a really delicious ravioli filled with turbot and spiny lobster in lobster bisque. Main course beef tenderloin fillet with leek confit, a velvety sweet carrot cream, pommes-press and red wine ice cream and for dessert a lovely gateau Marcel in a good size decorated with a little caramel, pistachio ice cream and pistachio oil and a tuille.
It was all beautifully presented. The waiter asked about the timing of the dessert, so we had time to enjoy it.
Before the menu we were given extremely delicious, juicy, airy and crunchy bread with whipped butter. Uhm!
A thoroughly good experience and a new favorite restaurant in Copenhagen!

Arranged wedding reception dinner for 20+ people. They were extremely accommodating with the timing, room set up, food choices, wines, and service. The food and wine were excellent and the service was spot on. The venue was spotless and gave a classic vibe. Great experience.
