Murdoch's København

Brasserie Hugo is a genuinely lovely restaurant that truly succeeds in combining an inviting environment with a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere. What really makes this place stand out is the fantastic service and the incredibly fun staff who never hesitate to show their personalities, creating a warm, personal, and entertaining experience from the moment you step through the door. Behind the bar, they consistently deliver well-mixed, genuinely great drinks and serve ice-cold beer poured with a playful twinkle in the eye. The overall impression is a spot where you linger not just for what is in your glass, but equally for the professional hospitality and the unbeatable vibe that the dedicated team builds throughout the entire evening.

We were staying at the hotel and despite the restaurant not being very busy, the staff were a little salty that we didn't have a reservation. Food was expensive and average at best. Service was slow. Overall, especially for the price, it left a lot to be desired. This also served as the breakfast area for the hotel. Breakfast was ok at best. Not disappointing but also not anything standout.

Very tasty food, everything was super good

We were in Copenhagen in April and, before our flight to Paris, we stopped in for oysters during happy hour to get in the French mood. We really enjoyed the service. The oysters were large, and the champagne was excellent. And the price was great too. Thanks for the special offer.

Quiet and subdued music Actual food and sweet waiter

Had such a wonderful experience at Brasserie Hugo. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it the perfect place for a nice evening. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. The service was seamless and added so much to the overall experience.

We celebrated my 30th birthday with family at Brasserie Hugo, and it was a truly wonderful evening. The food was absolutely fantastic and the portions were very generous. I was thrilled to find Vitello Tonnato on the menu - a personal favorite that is hard to come by in Copenhagen - and it did not disappoint. The beef tartare and the crème brûlée were also incredible. Around the table, the lamb and steaks received high praise as well. Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-tier. Our waiters were so warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Fantastically delicious food, wonderful wine and good service. A complete experience!

The food is delicious, the service is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. We used R2N service and got 30% off the bill
