One of Denmark's oldest ice houses. The dough for the homemade waffles is made from scratch. The ice cream is made from real dairy products and is not powdered ice cream like so many of the others.

18/10/2024: Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. The service was good but unfortunately everything else was not worth writing home about. I ordered a piece of smørrebrød with fish fillet and fresh prawns. The prawns were fine but the fish was not fresh and came from the freezer and had been in the fryer instead of the pan. We cannot recommend until the kitchen gets an upgrade

Cafe Hallöy

14/10/2024: Cozy café, with lots of borrowed games, and the option to sit outside, even if the weather is not quite warm.
13/10/2024: Stopped for a late lunch on a cycle ride from Copenhagen. We were wet and cold and this was the perfect haven. Great tasty sandwiches for hungry stomachs and blankets for cold legs. Highly recommend 😁
