A super cozy place with friendly and professional service. Can definitely be recommended for a cozy evening. The food has good taste. However, I thought it was a shame that a Cordon Bleu is fried hard, there is more flavor left if it is fried gently. In addition, the salad is as salad probably was about 40 years ago when the restaurant opened, but today you expect a salad not to be as boring as it was back then. The pizzas are quite ok

Must try. ! We can only recommend the place, and especially their tomato soup with whipped cream is an experience in itself..

Restaurant domæne - Gourmet restaurant Herning

15/12/2025: A really nice visit to Domåne with high quality and great precision in the kitchen. Most of the dishes were very successful and created a strong overall experience. The service was professional and pleasant. The main course with pigeon was not quite to my personal taste, but that was okay, as the other dishes more than made up for it. Overall, a visit at a high gastronomic level.
17/10/2025: Fantastic food and service. The food was far beyond what you would combine yourself and the flavors are definitely worth traveling for. The non-advanced of the two wine menus provides plenty of experiences and goes nicely with the servings. We would love to come again.
