Exemplary model of customer service. They are friendly and will take their time with you. They know the products well but you have to be patient. If you want quality service, just know that they are providing quality service to others as well. So you either have to wait or come back when it’s not as busy. That’s fine because it’s better than being rushed or ignored like the location in the center of town. So don’t go there, go to this location instead.

03/11/2024: Was a guest at the hotel and wanted to try the restaurant, I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, I thought the food was pretty decent. Our waiter was super nice, we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. I didn't post the fries cause they were quite boring (and all short as if we got the end of a bag with leftover fries, there is room for improvement there). The standouts were the ceviche, salmon, and the dessert.
03/07/2024: The rooftops of the restaurant have awesome views and a great vibe. Cocktails are really good (& organic ^^), the music is cool, and the staff is super friendly. Definitely a top spot to come back!!

14/08/2024: It was a very easy way to enjoy a completely new meal
02/08/2024: The food was good, french fries, very good. Chicken popcorn was very good, but the service here was a minus because the gentleman who came left the food and they didn't even have many customers. And in my opinion, it's simply unprofessional because the employees are always waiting. Why is there a minus for the service, the food is very good, the atmosphere is also very good. Well and what can I say, a very good place, I recommend it
