12/06/2025: Has the best employee choice among other Espresso Houses! She was so nice and helpful. It is quite unusual for Denmark. Also, interior and design of this coffee shop is more authentic than others. Definitely my best! Great study place but sometimes crowded

20/04/2025: Maybe we were unlucky but we had to wait 11 minutes at the counter in an empty establishment for an Espresso and a cappuccino. The waitress at the counter seemed to have better things to do than serve the customer… besides, she had lost her smile and friendliness. My rating reflects a poor customer experience at Expresso House… probably a second chance to give them.
