Super friendly staff, delicious food, hip mornings vibes

​The Next Door is a must-visit. The cinnamon pancakes, bacon, and scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious. The staff were all kind, smiling, and incredibly welcoming. The perfect place to start your day off right in Copenhagen. Highly recommended!

We sought out this very special place on Sunday after hearing wonderful reviews, the owner and staff were so warm and welcoming to our group of 5 travellers. We enjoyed sharing the family breakfast which was recommended to us, generous portions of homemade food which was so tasty. Definitely our favourite food spot during our trip.

The best energy and atmosphere of any cafe in the world. The food is very good (homemade recipes) but the vibe and attitude from the owner and the staff is out of this world. The nicest and most friendly people, super happy. Just the best cafe

Superb experience! The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The atmosphere was very friendly, and so were the staff. Good atmosphere and good food.

Very very good atmosphere and music; very welcoming and nice staff; The food is great for a quick lunch. The sandwiches were really good and different but a little bit over the price in my opinion. Also the cakes are homemade and are perfect and cheap. I really recomend this place for somebody who is visiting the city and just wants to chill for a bit and eat good food.

My first day ever in København. I'm from Germany, arrived super late yesterday and today I needed some breakfast. This place has it. I got some bacon and eggs, pancakes and a ginger tea. Excuse my language but holy hell. This stuff slaps. The food is phenomenal. The staff is super nice and the ambience is very cozy. I highly recommend you go here! The prices are reasonable for what you get here.

I felt really comfortable here. Not just because of the music, which was just right, but because of the whole atmosphere. About the music: a man opposite me briefly tilted his laptop screen, gazed at the ceiling with open ears and then looked at me with a smile: "Hey mate, this is exactly our kind of music, isn't it?" The team also gives you a warm and sincere welcome. The politics seem to be right too, with clear statements hanging on the walls and stuck under the glass tabletop. But never the less important, the café is good and the bread roll with butter and cheese is a homemade dream – how simple things can win you over!
