Located inside Tivoli, this iconic restaurant has definitely withstood the test of time. It looks magnificent on the exterior with a very elegant interior. There is plenty of seating with big glass windows providing a really nice view over Tivoli. Service was top notch. But the food however was a bit disappointing. The oysters were good, the lobster soufflé was okay(could have used more bisque), the steak was bit below average(the crust was weird) and fries were quite dry. The mussels and linguini were both good, but nothing exciting. Their wine selection was extremely good. Overall it was a bit underwhelming experience, we felt that we just didn’t get the value for money.

We went to Nimb for lunch, the server was friendly & attentive. I ordered the moules frites and they were pretty good, the only disappointment was there was no bar tender during lunch so we were unable to order cocktails.

Nice welcome. Nice, tasty food. Fast and friendly service at the table. Beautiful room - with a view of a closed autumn, but illuminated, Tivoli.
Gnocchi di patate with lobster, fried monkfish tail and crème brûlée with ice cream on top. Chablis and a calva😍

I can 10000% recommend Nimb🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟We had such a lovely lunch and with the best service from Thomas. Thank you for making our wedding lunch so memorable and now we cannot wait to celebrate on our anniversaries in Nimb from now forward❤️

We had a fantastic evening and dinner at Nimb Brasserie this summer. The waiter we had throughout the evening was very good and very sweet, he got involved with us and even tried to speak a little Norwegian with us. We were served good amuse-bouche from the kitchen, before we had an absolutely delicious starter of tortellini with lobster bisque. It was absolutely fantastic and tasted so incredibly good that we almost wished it was also a main course. For the main course we ate guinea fowl, which was also very good and very tasty. For dessert we had profiteroles with chocolate sauce, which were also absolutely fantastic. We had a great evening and the meal was one of the best we had on our trip. It is also very atmospheric at Nimb Brasserie in the evening, with great lighting outside and inside Tivoli. And we must again mention the pleasant service! We will definitely visit Nimb Brasserie again next time we are in Copenhagen.

Like hotels, the food at Nimb Brasserie is top-notch. It tastes fantastic and is reasonably priced. We ordered the seasonal menu, which changes every month. This one was naturally appropriate in relation to the seasonal ingredients. Can definitely be recommended! Nice selection of wines, nicely selective for the "in the glass" menu. 5/5 in all areas.

I thought it was a nice brunch. But no more either. Think they change it after the season and maybe it was better before.
The staff were really nice and we had a good and pleasant morning. It's nice to sit and watch life in Tivoli.
