Overall really good food! One of the best dessert I had in CPH! Service was a bit slow but they were really kind! Recommended!

A really wonderful Sunday brunch at Nimb in Copenhagen. We had brunch 10-12 (14) where we got 3 servings of all sorts of delicious things. It's not a traditional brunch but super delicious. There is plenty of food and drink. Service was super good and our waiter was out-standing.

Went there for a business dinner. All good exempt for the sound levels. Restaurant was quite full and it was difficult to hear each other across the table.

I had a brunch and it was everywhere anticipation. All the ingredients were super delicious. Good coffee, appetizers over three servings, plenty of delicious baked goods, juice etc. You really get a lot for your money. Can only be recommended.

A short break while the children were still on the attractions of Tivoli park. A few wagyu beef tapas, a plate of al dente endives and a white butter champagne sauce. The place is very refined. Danish prices follow accordingly. It’s definitely not a family place, even though it’s located in Park Tivoli. Very good & very very expensive.

A brunch experience beyond the ordinary! I had the pleasure of trying the new brunch at Nimb today. The food is clearly made with passion and presented so beautifully it feels like eating art. Every detail, from the thoughtful menu to the outstanding service, was spot on. A special shoutout to our server, Maya, who guided us with warmth and professionalism – she truly elevated the whole experience. If you’re looking for a brunch that stands out in every way, Nimb is an absolute must.

I took my partner to Nimb Bar on a whim on Saturday evening as we had a day in Copenhagen as part of a trip round northern Europe. It was definitely a great decision and I have written a review for there too. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, or more knowledgeable, and were very gracious about my terrible attempts at speaking Danish! I want to give a special shout out to one of the staff, Monica, who looked after us. She couldn't have been more brilliant, and is a credit to the brasserie and hotel in general. Please pass on my thanks again. The brasserie itself was beautifully decorated, and the food was some of the best I have ever eaten. My partner had the risotto and I had the steak frites. The quality of the food was astonishing, and it was so relaxed. Despite turning up with no reservation, everyone we met was a delight. We even went back to Nimb Bar for more cocktails afterwards! It is not the cheapest evening, however I think it was worth every penny and I will definitely go back again.
