Really good shawarma 👍🏼 but you should send your staff on a course so they can learn something about providing good service 👎🏼

Perhaps one of the best shawarma bars in Denmark in terms of meat. It is the first in Denmark opened in 1981. I have been coming there since 1990. The meat is nicely seasoned and the tomato chili is fantastic. Salad is a bit primitive. Could use some cabbage. The prices are on the high end, but the quality comes at a cost, and they use pure beef. Service is lousy bordering on rude. It's a factory. No personal service let alone a smile. Even though, as I said, I have been coming there since 1990, I come there several times a month, and most of the employees were barely born then, so there is never any chit chat where you feel recognized. It drags me down, and sometimes I get pissed off at feeling like cattle. It must be said that the employees on the 1st floor are usually somewhat friendlier than those who make Shawarma.
