No. 22 Bistro Hørsholm

On a Tuesday in the rain and wind we had our court breakfast: 2 types of herring to share followed by a piece of old cheese - and it IS old - also to share. Tasted great as always. Had another bottle of beer, as their draft beer has lost its steam a few times when it arrived. Nice service. There were only a few of us at the time, but that was OK and to be expected.

Everything works here. Beautiful restaurant. Nice and efficient waiters. Last, but most importantly, the food is top notch. Deliciously served, tasty and delicate. Rungsted's best bistro..! Looking forward to the next time.

Nice food, large portions, nice view.

Came on a cold Friday night in January, when the restaurant was empty. We had left from another restaurant where everyone else was sitting; but we liked the menu at Bistro22 better. We ordered the lobster bisque and moules frites. The soup was phenomenal, and the mussels in it were big and beautiful. When we got the Moules Frites, the soup was also ok and the frites were amazing. BUT, the mussels were bad. They were completely dried out and disgusting. When we left, the waiters got the honest feedback, and wow!!! They already knew it. They had already spoken to the chefs about it and the chef had contacted the supplier. They had just forgotten to inform the guests (us), and they probably shouldn't have been served in the first place. No, we didn't get an apology or a refund. Well, two days of upset stomach, a ruined weekend, and I even sent the restaurant a polite email on Sunday to tell them about our experience. Now, Thursday, I still haven't heard anything. I won't go there again +1500,- for a bottle of wine and 2 courses for 2 people is an okay price at Rungsted Havn. But the fish and shellfish have to be fresh

Spis i byen, three-course menu. We had a nice dinner here, all food looked and tasted really good, and enogh on the plates. Waiters really nice, only a little thing, they didn't have one off the dishes we picked, what the first found out later, but the dessert we had instead was really good to so all in all, a very nice dinner.

Came here for a birthday dinner. The food is amazing, great presentation and lots of flavor. The staff is very friendly and they have good wines :) Totally recommended.

The food was ok, but lacked a lot of salt and flavor. We chose the 3 course menu and the sauce I got for my main course tasted pretty much the same as the lobster soup I got for starter.
