Really good food. I often eat at Nordic Noodle in Nørrebro and FRB, but the Østerbro branch is probably where I have had my worst experience. Never have I ever met an employee so open to discussion. We call in when we drive to draw attention to the fact that there are 8 of us on the way and whether they have spaces. We arrive, he asks if it is us who called and ordered and we say yes. Then he says there is a 45 min waiting time. Why the hell did I spend half an hour driving in and calling before? We order a dish for a pregnant woman, who is told several times during the order that it should not be too spicy, and yet gets a dish stuck in her hand that burns so that the hairs stand up on her arm and in the back. The employee will again only discuss when, in this case, it is easiest to just make a new dish to satisfy the customer. Then put the dish on hold for 10 minutes, throw the same dish on the pan again, add a lot of sauces and slap it back on the table. That's damn bad style. After further discussion with his colleague (who pretends to be the boss's son) they quickly make a dish that is edible as we had ordered (now 70 minutes ago). Good food, good place, TERRIBLE employee who stands on Sunday evening and cooks the food, so it can all culminate in a bad experience. Eat at Nørrebro or Frederiksberg, that's My recommendation.
