We took the Barista class with Aga and are absolutely happy! We enjoyed it so much! Aga asked us what we wanted to learn and took her time to instruct us so we would have the most benefit out of it - she even went around half an hour over time just so that we could practice one more round. Very nice atmosphere and the other colleagues working there were really nice as well. We can 100% recommend taking a barista class at Nordic Roasting!

Best coffee place in Kopenhagen, period (we tried a lot!). Huge variety in coffee profiles and the kindest service. We enjoyed experimenting through the different roasts with the staff - they won't just serve you any of their generic roasts, but really enjoy sharing their expertise about some of the most exotic coffees you can find in town (but they serve really harmonic conservative roasts as well). Totally worth the walk a little outside of the city center, one of my top three coffee places in Europe.

Beautiful coffee and lovely staff. It's only a small place but they sell lots of interesting things such as brewing equipment, cups and even shirts and bags.

If you're a coffee lover, come to this café. It serves a wide variety of specialty coffees, and a friendly barista will serve you. The interior has a nice mood, especially the coffee is sweet and has the adequate acidity, so it's really delicious. Also her latte art is really pretty. Thank you very much for a nice cup of coffee :)

Top level espresso! You should try Etiopia. There are few but very good pastries. The staff is very friendly.

This is a general review as I’ve been there many times, so I’m not judging of a single experience Genuinely my favorite cafe, specialty or not. The coffee is the best you will get in denmark, and I cant decide if the coffee or the service is higher level. Nicest people that know so much about coffee. I always feel like i learn something, and not only from reading the standard magazine they have on offer. Its one of those places you can go to and still enjoy your coffee even if you are unaware of what speciality is. They are genuine, inclusive and really talented at everything they do. The only thing to complain about is the somewhat uncomfortable seats, but you quickly forget that when sipping the best coffee around and talking to the friendliest barista. They have plenty of different companys and is one of the only third wave places that does blend and dark roasts in a sensible way. These guys cover the whole spectrum, and they have so many good coffees on offer. You will surely find something that finds your taste preferences I dont mind sitting there for hours even though my bum hurts after. If i could give 6 stars i would, but i would rather give my support as these guys truly deserve it.

We had a wonderful espresso making course with Francesco, learning about the history, the art and ofcourse the beauty of making an espresso with a bit of flare trying to do some latte art :) We are so grateful for his time and the teams warm and frindly nature!! Additionally how can we not mention and applaud the array of excellent coffee and supplies!! Thank you for this experience :)
