Conveniently located under my flat I found this spot to have great food. The beef tartare was delicious!

Best Aussie brunch spot in town.

Nors vacillates between being a cafe and a restaurant. They serve really good cafe food that costs a little more than other places. It is more ambitious and of higher quality than what you find in other cafes that are still stuck in Burger and Caesar salad. The service is also always good. The owners are on the floor, they have experience and that elevates the experience. So if you want a different cafe experience than "order at the bar" "use the QR code" or a teenager who is new to work, then there is a good reason to come here. Rumor has it that their drinks are really good. But in terms of interior design, the cafe is unfortunately quite boring. The tight concrete room has been dressed in acoustic panels from Silvan and the boring tables stand like in a canteen. 25 identical ceiling lamps with visible light sources provide a very even and boring lighting. Unfortunately, there is not much personality here. The French cafe tables outside don't let you know that this is a cafe owned by a family that has lived in Sydney (as I read in the newspaper). In Copenhagen with so many chain restaurants, you dream of personality. Especially in the new part of Bryggen where we are a rather monotonous group. You dream of the interior being as ambitious as the menu or at least having a direction. For example, art on the walls, a long table for dinner with friends, curtains, bar stools, a place for a first secret date, varied lighting and maybe even books/magazines. The interior highlight is the long sofa and the large windows.

Our favourite brunch spot that we tried on our recent trip to Copenhagen. Both the 'Benny' and the 'Svampetoast' (v) were delicious.

Fantastic family owned cafe, friendly with attentive service. Very welcoming and warm. Had the Eggs Benedict and was one of the best I’ve ever come across. Great coffee served with a smile, will definitely be back.

This place delivers to its already excellent rating. Each meal is prepared with fresh and innovative ingredients. Loved the cucumbers, the artichokes, the chicken tights, and this might have been the best fish & chips in my life. Thank you.

Sept 19, 2025. There weren't many people this Friday evening at 7 pm. No problem for us as we are 3 'old' friends who hang out everywhere, but there wasn't a particularly cool atmosphere. We got the menu and it all tasted great. Nothing fancy but perfect and impeccable for the price (I think it was 295 for 5 courses). The area is lovely and safe to walk and cycle in, great views and swimming possible both at this end at Havnevigen and further up towards Langebro.

A great spot for breakfast. Really great menu. Delicious sour dough.
