All in all, a nice café with many breakfast options. What bothered was unnecessary sauces / toppings on the avocado bread, which adds lots of "empty" calories, portion size also a bit small. Cappuccino and flat white were good.

I had a cortado here this morning and it was absolutely fantastic. Made to perfection. Lovely space to enjoy a coffee and super friendly staff.

Had a great meal Eggs Benedict with pink sauce. Very hyggeligt place in a good centric location in Kolding. On the sunny days you can catch some rays close to the window.

We visited this cafe with girlfriends. It is a small but very cozy cafe with delicious coffee, desserts and friendly staff.

22/07/2025: Very nice hotel, spacious rooms and the most extensive breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, even with champagne, really wow
21/07/2025: The hotel has ample free parking, for which you must register your license plate in the lobby. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but the windows can be opened and there is a table fan. This is also necessary in warm weather. The bathroom is compact, but everything is provided. The swimming pool with sauna is a very nice bonus. The surprise of the stay was the well-prepared breakfast. Absolutely everything is there, tasty and fresh. I would return just for the breakfast.
