An unforgettable meal in Copenhagen; the food here is fantastic! Every dish was rich with flavor and so well thought out. Had I tried this place sooner, I would have gone multiple times during my fleeting trip! I’d highly recommend the homemade pork sausage & and cheesy courgette and spaghetti squash starter. 10/10 meal! Also for those who are gluten free, they were so accommodating and had plenty of options!

Favorite dishes: Schnitzel with mushrooms and capers and Potatoes with caviar and chicken sauce.

What truly set the evening apart, however, was the outstanding service. I was fortunate to be attended by a young Argentinian gentleman whose warmth, attentiveness, and knowledge of both the menu and wine pairings made the evening truly exceptional. His genuine enthusiasm for ensuring that every guest enjoyed their time was evident throughout the meal. He had a knack for anticipating needs before they were expressed and went above and beyond to explain the intricacies of each dish, which added a layer of appreciation to the culinary delights. The food, needless to say, was divine. Every course was a perfect balance of innovation and tradition, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. But it was this personal, thoughtful service that made me feel less like a customer and more like a guest in a home. The Argentinian waiter made the dining experience feel special, offering recommendations and anecdotes with a friendly charm that’s hard to find. In a city full of culinary options, Nr. 30 stands out not just for its food but for its exceptional staff, with special thanks to the Argentinian waiter who helped make the evening unforgettable. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Amazing wines. Excellent service. Delicious food. It might be a little crowded tight and crowded, but you will survive.

Wow! Favorite restaurant of our trip to Copenhagen. The food was delicious, original and well thought out. The flavors were there and the cooking was perfect. We also loved the choice of wines offered by the waitress!
