Very authentic and good taste. Quick preparation, fresh and crispy vegetables. Definitely worth the detour! Seemed very busy during our visit.

We were on our way home from a visit to South Funen when we decided to stop at Nyborg Thai Food and a delicious experience awaited us. The food was top notch and both lemongrass and lime leaves tasted great in dishes that were right in the eye. On a cold and windy March day, it warmed our cheeks again. And there is something very special about being served Thai food with the Funen dialect. Thank you for that. If we come by Nyborg again, we will definitely stop by.

13/05/2025: A wonderful place to go if you have the money. The dishes are well made, but the flavours are not always overwhelming as you might find in restaurants with similar pricetags. We had the seven course meal with wine and champagne. We did however have one dish where one of my guests, didn’t have all the ingredients in her dish added upon being served, hence the lack of 5 stars. The staff are super friendly, helpful and very professional. The restaurant itself is beautiful and almost no matter where you sit, you’ll have an ocean view.

06/05/2025: We had a wonderful evening with excellent food, which we were recommended by the German-speaking owner. Very well prepared plaice with the best Riesling as an accompanying wine. For dessert, a crème brûlée that tasted excellent. The owner was always attentive and friendly, so it was a very cozy and pleasant evening. When we come back to Nyborg, another visit is definitely planned.
24/02/2025: Worth a visit. Cozy farm environment.
