Nyhavns Hereford House København

Today I went at this restaurant with my family. It is very close to strategic points for boat trips and bus stops. Me and my mother ordered two Fish and Chips and my father ordered a "Shooting Star". The food was delicious and the staff delivered exceptionally prompt service.

We had dinner at Nyhavn 41, a restaurant that had been highly recommended to us, and we absolutely don't regret our choice! The welcome was very friendly, and the staff, both warm and attentive, took excellent care of us throughout the meal. The dishes were superb, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the salmon, which was cooked to absolute perfection! We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return on our next visit to Copenhagen. A truly wonderful discovery! Was a bit disappointed that the waiter didn't speak Danish, in Denmark.!!! When asked if they had port wine, she didn't know what it was. !!! When we ordered a Belgian waffle, we wanted a dessert wine, which they were a bit surprised about. When they brought the chosen wine, there was only enough for one glass, so they didn't have any more and I was offered a completely different wine and at a somewhat higher price. Serving the waffle took so long that we thought they had forgotten our order. When it was time to pay, we waited an incredibly long time again. It must be said that it was on a day with relatively few visitors in Nyhavn.

Excellent restaurant, ideally located in Nyhavn. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. ;) The portions are generous; we had mussels marinière with fries, and it was delicious! The candied pineapple is amazing! :) Go for it without hesitation!

A wonderful discovery! We ordered mussels and a Belgian waffle, and everything lived up to our expectations. Plus, the staff were friendly French speakers 🌞
