Jimmy and Louise at O’Learys at Copenhagen Airport really deserve a big thank you. They are two of the most professional and genuinely nice people I have met in the service industry. Despite the stressful environment, they took the time, were attentive and made us feel really welcome. Jimmy radiates a nice energy and has a service sense that really stands out – fast, helpful and always with a smile. Louise is equally professional, warm and incredibly responsive. Together they create an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Simply top class. A real dream team that elevates the whole experience.

I just want to say a few words about Louise at O’Learys, because she really makes an impression. Every time I’ve been there she has greeted me with a calm, warm and present attitude that makes you feel instantly welcome. There’s something very genuine about the way she takes care of her guests — nothing tacky, just a genuine interest and a great sense of service. She makes the whole visit feel that little bit better, simply. Thank you Louise for spreading such a great atmosphere.
