The service is better in even check-outs in Bilka than here.. We waited 30 minutes for food, would have been able to shop and go home and do it all in that time. Several raw materials are missing in the store and most customers were dissatisfied and this created a bad atmosphere. There should probably be more employees at work or an older manager to find the root of the issues. The food made up for it a bit, but service, a nightmare..
