The service is better in the check-outs in Bilka than here.. We waited 30 minutes for food, would have been able to shop and go home and cook it all in that time. There are several ingredients missing in the store and most customers were dissatisfied and it created a bad atmosphere. There should probably be more employees at work or an older manager to get things sorted out. The food made up for it a little, but the service, a nightmare..
