ONKEL A Vejle

Food is amazing , portion might be small for big appetites though but quality is outstanding ( specially if you enjoy herbs) Would be nice to serve tea or coffee in a pot , also it feels a bit overpriced portions are for fit people not for very hungry people :)

First time at Onkel A, great service and fantastically high occupancy, so good thing I didn't get to take a picture. Must go again.

A wonderful spot that I will recommend if anyone visits Vejle. We stopped for a lunch and there are definitely no regrets. The staff greeted and welcomed us warmly, and also explained the menu in English as there was only a danish menu available. We also had a white wine paired with our foods which we’re glad to have allowed the server to choose for us as it was a really lovely white wine. The server was also really attentive as I had told him I had a tree nut allergy and saw that my food still came with a cashew as the kitchen missed the memo. He swapped out my food immediately so I would be safe from the allergen. The food itself was amazing and the ingredients all complimented each other. As a bonus, everything was organic + had health benefits and I felt great. I would definitely visit again if I make my way towards Vejle and would recommend this place to everyone.

Huge recommendation 👌🏼 The food is so delicious, see the pictures in the reviews. You could put some shelter up by the door, along the sides for the guests. Or some kind of acoustic walls up, in some places. Fantastic service from the owner 🥬
