We arrived here spontaneously and it was truly the best surprise of this trip! The food here is incredibly delicious! The noodle soup followed by small crispy rice pancakes was the perfect combination for two people!

Really cozy little place but very friendly service. The place could use a refresh but in a way that was also part of the charm. Not the biggest food selection. I could easily come back.

Peders - Craft Beer Bar & Bottle Shop

14/10/2026: Very cozy and good beer bar. Good selection, definitely worth a visit
08/10/2026: Absolute gem of a find. A great bar, with fantastic beers just a few blocks from the Main Street. Neil was very knowledgeable on the beer and very friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Alchemist

04/10/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at The Alchemist this week, and it was a wonderful experience. The meal lasted almost six hours, but it flew by thanks to all the surprises throughout. The food, the messages—everything was perfect. We even had a great chat with the chef afterward. His plan to close down and reinvent himself seems very promising. A little tip, as my wife told Rasmus: if he goes to India, he absolutely must visit Varanasi.
04/10/2026: An incredible culinary experience for all the senses. Fascinating stories about the creation of the dishes. Amazing wines. An impressive restaurant with a fantastic video installation. The service is exceptionally good.
