Orø Kro Holbæk

My girlfriend and I stayed at Orø kro from Sunday to Monday. They celebrated Orø day on Sunday, which was very lively on the island. The lunch buffet wasn't the best, but we were happy with the burger for dinner. We think the combination of accommodation, wilderness bath/sauna and breakfast was really good for the price of 420 kr. for 2 per person. In addition to the inn, there are many things to see on the island, from art, a lookout point, the island's history in an old silo and a cozy old church. We look forward to coming back when it's swimming weather and more restaurants open in the area. Thanks for this time and see you again 😁

The food at the inn is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are quite nice. A place you would like to come back to.

We had a birthday lunch at the inn in the inn room. Good service in a beautiful old place

Cozy old inn, with very worn rooms, challenge with water on the bathroom floor, where the water from the bath did not run into the drain, old beds without top mattress, so therefore bad to sleep in, roller blinds without blackout, which means that the room is fully lit when it gets dark outside (outdoor lights on at night) Restaurant is cozy and delicious you can sit outside when the weather is good, prices are a bit high compared to quality and location. But will definitely come again because of the island itself and close to the only option for accommodation
