Had beautiful and well-prepared food that tasted great and there was plenty of it. Friendly and accommodating service. It is definitely worth a visit.

Lovely inn on a charming little island. The inn has been beautifully renovated, where the old cozy style has been preserved. We have been there several times, where the service is always friendly and with service minded waiters. The food tastes fantastic and the atmosphere is good. The menu is simple, but with several good dishes. A really good experience at a fair price.

A nice and cozy stay with good and plentiful food, nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located on the Ireland (you have to take a 4 minutes ride on the ferry to get there, the yellow ferry charters every 20 minutes while another ferry goes regularly only on weekends and in week days it goes once every 3-4 hours). The room was spacious, comfy, equipped with a toilet and a shower with hit water. The temperature in every facility could be regulated separately. The bedding was clean, in good condition and of a good quality. The beds are comfy, complaints. The huge plus was the breakfast included: boiled eggs, omelet, sausages, cold cuts, warm buns, coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam and honey - Yammy :) I took one star away (and then put it back) for the service - I was lacking a hair dryer ( I think it would be good if it was offered as a possibility for some extra money or free of charge with the deposit). I wish everybody who loves tranquility and the cosy village atmosphere, would visit Orø Kro and the hotel :) Oh, yes, the hotel is pet friendly.
