Paludan's Book & Cafe København

A must visit when in Copenhagen! I come here everytime. The price is good and the food is delicious. You get pretty big portions so come hungry :). I recommend the sandwiches with roasted potatoes, super good!

We came by chance and bought 2 x coffee and cake. Well-prepared Illy coffee is the best and the cake was just as good. Quiet and pleasant surroundings. We decided to come another time to taste their food, which looked inviting and affordable. Good experience

Great interior and the Paludan brunch was very worth the price, their Flat White was nice too. Though, my experience here did not go too well. This place is 100% not for deep work/read due to the crowd and noise. There is no way you can focus here. For group discussion, assignments? Maybe. But I don’t like the fact that this place was marketed as “reading cafe” because it’s simply not true. Also, there are so many rules! You can’t use laptop on some tables, you can’t study or work on certain days, etc. finding a suitable seat is difficult (mainly due to the crowd). Staff are efficient but not the friendliest. Conclusion? Come here for brunch, hangout with friends, enjoy the atmosphere. And go somewhere else if you want to study/work.

Different compared to EVERYTHING else! I had not been to this place before, as it was my friend who had booked a table. Upon entering, the first impression is.... wow, this looks exciting! Here, the experience is that of being in a cozy café and in an exciting antique shop at the same time, and everything is set up so nicely that you want to experience / see more of it! The icing on the cake is that they serve good food. If you don't like meat, ask for vegetarian dishes! I can warmly recommend this place 👍

Large menu ranging from brunch to burgers to pastas. Queuing to order food took a long time, but once ordered it came pretty quickly. Very yummy and filling portions

Har været der to gange og begge gange var det rigtig fin mad til prisen. Skønt at man kan få et anstændigt måltid til en fair pris midt i København. God stemning, afslappet indretning og rart at være der.

Had a delicious Danish brunch surrounded by stacks of books. Ordered the amazing Paludan brunch which had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, muesli, fruit, mozzarella, pancake plus a smoothie for 145 DKK. Very filling and flavorful with good fresh ingredients. Lots of seating and free wifi. Loved the ambiance.
