Pandekagehuset jelling Vejle

Pandekagehuset in Jelling is apparently the place to go if you want an ice cream that is so impressive that it requires both an extended field of vision and a solid portion of dedication. We stopped by and were immediately greeted by a queue that snaked like an eager snake, and it wasn't hard to understand why; the sight of the happy guests leaving the place with ice cream monuments of almost unimaginable dimensions testified that no expense is spared here. Unfortunately, we had to admit that our planned lunch at home put a natural end to an ice cream expedition of that caliber, but the flow of satisfied people with giant ice cream creations in their hands alone is ample proof that Pandekagehuset is a must-visit. It looks damn tempting, so we will definitely return next time – and this time we will make sure to come on an empty stomach so that we can really throw ourselves at their impressive selection.

Delicious ice creams, nice little café, friendly staff

Good pancakes. A bit of a shame about the toilet facilities (public around the corner). The terrace garden is also a bit sad. But if you just sit inside the restaurant itself, it's absolutely fantastic!

We had both lunch and dessert pancakes. It took a while, but it was worth the wait as it tasted freshly made, fresh and delicious.

Fabouls place to eat. Food was delicious, we got the pulled pork and the kabob (schwarma) wraps. Healthy portion of meat and salad wrapped in a crepe. Sounds odd, but was so yummy, highly recommend. Steps from the church.

When I went to Brandbjerg High School, we were here often and it was so cozy, damn good high school too!

Small coffe/pancake shop with a few tables inside and a small terrace outside. Although the prices are a little bit high, the pancakes and the home made limonade was very delicious. Very cosy and the staff in friendly, the service was fast , we were the only ones there.
