Hillerød paradise is simply the best place to eat ice cream and take a walk in SlotsArkaderne at the same time.

I love this ice cream. It is the best I come here every time. I am home visiting Denmark especially the hazelnut ice cream is divine. Unfortunately, they didn’t have that this time so I had to have licorice and pistachio, which was also divine. The ice cream is Smooth and flavorful one of the best in Denmark.

An ice cream shop that oozes a tasty summer vibe☀️

I went for “just one bullet”… and came away with the decision that diet plans are a social construct. The selection is so good that you stand there like a person without direction in life: “Chocolate?” “Salted caramel?” “The one I’ve never heard of, but now suddenly feel is my calling?” The staff was impressively patient, even though I clearly spent longer choosing ice cream than I did on most life decisions. The ice cream? Dangerously good. The kind where you take a bite… and suddenly it’s gone, and you wonder if you can discreetly walk back in without being recognized. The atmosphere is cozy, and you almost feel like a better person, until you realize you’re standing there with melted ice cream on your fingers and zero regrets. Definitely recommended… but don’t go in there with a plan. It won’t survive.

Exceptionally good service in Hillerød and always delicious ice cream. He deserves to have won shop of the year in 2025.
