Last summer I was here with my daughter. She took a small mouthful of her ice cream and then dropped it on the way out of the store. She was very upset and we went in to buy a new one, but instead she got a new one from the store because the clerk said "you shouldn't cry over ice cream here in the store". Today we also had a trip in here. In front of us in the queue was a girl of about 13-14 years who wanted to buy an ice cream for herself and her little brother (about 11-12 years). As payment has to be made, the girl does not have enough money on her card. She says it's okay and her little brother can just have an ice cream. The clerk quickly rushes out the other side and pays for the ice cream for the two children. So well done both times. The ice cream is also good (especially the caramel ice cream).
