Lotte makes good food and really good cakes

Ordered 5 different cakes for the job at Pat a cake in Copenhagen. The chocolate cake went in the freezer because the cakes were bigger than I thought, so I can't comment on that. The blueberry pie was a hit and 'went like hotcakes', but personally I now think the carrot cake was better. As always, the cinnamon stick was also a hit. The surprise was the bridegroom; the best I've tasted and I'm from Jutland! The sugar melted perfectly and the bread with just the right sponginess. Excellent! All cakes at reasonable prices. I will return when the occasion allows.

What an absolutely delightful bakery. They gave me free bread as I am homeless, and even donated 500 DKK to me. Their bread was fantastically delicious and wonderful. Lovely dobbely shrobbely.
