Paté Paté København

Amazing restaurant in the old meat market district. The food comes in small portions if you take a la carte. But 2 of them are enough for 1 person. Everything we had was so delicious and tasty. The place was very noisy though.

We had a wonderful experience at Pate Pate together with 4 people on a Saturday evening. Place had a lot of seating areas so we were happy to get a place without a reservation. Portions were definitely on the smaller side. The bread was too served on the side with olive oil. Place had great wine selection! Even non-alcoholic wine drink options🍷 Service was excellent! Went to Pate Pate on a Friday evening - great atmosphere, really buzzy vibe. The food and service were perfect and the wine pairings made it perfect. 👌

Excellent wines from France and around the world. Wines served by the glass, not metal capsules, but real corks. Very professional service and a great atmosphere.

It was a real discovery. The menu is short, but everything was delicious and reasonably priced for Copenhagen. Very friendly service.

We went for lunch on a Saturday. The staff were friendly and helpful, so the vibe felt right from the start. They recommend at least two dishes per person, and we had no trouble finding something appealing on the menu. We started with the burrata served on a sweet pear base — maybe a touch too sweet, but still a lovely starter (or even a light dessert). Next came the steak tartare, which was absolutely perfect. The twist with pistachios was a great touch. For mains, we had the fish of the day with beurre blanc and a glass of Chablis — always a safe bet, and they delivered flawlessly. We also tried the shakshuka with spicy tomato sauce, which had great flavor and was nicely balanced. All in all, the food was spot-on. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded, and the staff were easy to reach when needed. We’ll definitely be back — maybe next time in the evening, when the place has a bit more buzz and atmosphere.

Good food, fast service and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. 3 good dishes very tasty, however I think there is a lack of starters and possibly rice/potatoes/peanuts or similar for the main course

Just came in for a drink after dinner, super chill and welcoming place. Pate-pate is not a bunch of people obsessed with liver.. it’s two brothers obsessed with making a great place for connecting. Well done!

SLOW SERVICE We dropped by for some wine and snacks on a Wednesday evening. Not crowded so we got seated fast without a reservation. And then things slowed down. No service. The four servers/bartenders were standing around chatting with each other. It took a while before I could get in contact with a waitress. And then we got the wine served. Nice. And then nothing more. Had to go to the bar area and ask to have some snacks served - again the staff was just hanging around chatting. But we got our snacks. So fine. The snacks were very good and so was the wine. Their wine list have wine from around 350 DKK and up. Several regions/countries are listed. So very nice. Most likely we go somewhere else next time - due to the SLOOOOW service.

We ate here twice during our four-day stay in Copenhagen. After the first evening in this wonderful atmosphere with friendly service, we also thoroughly enjoyed our last evening here. Great tapas-style food. Everything was of very high quality and excellently prepared. The service was always very friendly and unobtrusive. We would be happy to return on our next visit to Copenhagen.
