Fantastic, such good food. I have almost never eaten so good. Didn't want it to end. Especially the starter. And the dessert 🙂 and the main course too. Nice staff. So satisfied.

A very pleasant surprise! Booked a table without knowing much about Pauli, so pretty much zero expectations. The food is Guide Michelin class, but at a very normal price point. The starters were divine, and the same goes for the desserts. For the main course we chose the lamb which was also very tasty and well-cooked, but not quite the same "damn how good" feeling as the other dishes. Very nice and thoughtful service put the finishing touch!

Visited in June 2025. We had the tasting menu "hav og land", plus oysters and a starter that was a daily special. The food was tasty and more than enough. The diy sashimi wrap and the lamb main course were both really good. The dessert was sour and delicious, but quite difficult to eat - I'd very much recommend a different plating for it. Overall, the food quality was well cooked and made with high quality ingredients - except the herbs, which were not the nicest, despite being taken directly from pots kept on site. Service was both friendly and professional. We had an early booking and everything went perfectly in the beginning, but both the service and the food pacing slowed down once the place started to get more customers. The place looks nice, but the tables are quite small. The drinks selection is nice and covers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Overall, I'd be happy to come back, and I can recommend the place for anyone who would like to try modern tasty food. Later edit: visited two more times and enjoyed both visits just as much as the first time!

Incredible steak and service and lovely atmosphere

My absolute favorite restaurant!!!!!! Everything is 10/10. Price and quality are related, but here you really get Bang for the Buck. Incredible atmosphere, genuine people, incredible authenticity in the food and not least the wine.

This is a unique dining spot in Copenhagen. Amid all the great restaurants in the city, they have their own take on what dining can be. From the cosy, eclectic interior in a location not full of excellent restaurants to the high quality often local ingredients. Nordic-French-Asian preparations always full of comforting deliciousness. A dessert of lime curd with Thai granita and traditional crumble was just outstanding! But everything was outstanding! Excellent wine recommendations and service from my new favourite sommelier. Just thank you, guys! We need you.

All in all, an exceptional restaurant! We had the land and sea tasting menu (5 dishes) and the oysters and everything was super fresh, creative, and delicious! The team is also super nice and very knowledgeable. As someone with a lot of food intolerances, I’m really grateful for how kind and accommodating they were! They adjusted the dishes without any fuss or making me feel bad about it (you’d be surprised how often that happens, even in the best restaurants) and made sure the experience was amazing for me! Really looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes at some point. 😊
